I received exactly what picture shows, communication from store is remarkably great! Loved the option to buy personal name patch! But... The material was not what I was expecting at all! It's not made from any leash, harness or dog collar material you buy from a store!! Very thin and rough itchy material that you can tell was purchased in mass rolls, cut to measurements and sew on industrial machine! Item needs to be better, higher grade material!

My favorite harness due to the fit for my French bulldog

I purchased a medium harness for my 24 lb pug. The medium was too big. I requested an exchange but they do not have royal blue in small. I have returned the product and am still waiting for a refund.

So easy to put on and off. Our dog can pull and wiggle but won’t come off.
