Care and Maintenance

Can you wash your BullHug Harness?

Yes absolutely. We recommend removing the Velcro Tags first. Then opening the harness up and using a lint roller to try and remove some of that dog hair. Let your HUG soak in some warm soapy water (dish soap works) for about an hour and then rinsing it and letting air dry.

Do you fix buckles that have been chewed?

Yes absolutely. Please email us first at Lindsey@bullhug.com and include a picture to confirm we have the piece available that was chewed. Customer will be responsible for shipping the Harness and BullHug will then ship back after it is fixed.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my BullHug Harness or Leash?

You may return your item/items within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and the same condition you received it. No returns or exchanges on Custom Tags. To start a return please email us at Lindsey@bullhug.com

Customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I Exchange for a different size?

Yes absolutely.

You may exchange your item/items within 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be in unused and the same condition you received it. Customer is responsible for shipping item back and once received BullHug will send out item that was being exchanged.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We ship orders Monday’s, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Custom Embroidery Tags will take longer to ship since they are made to order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Chile, Denmark, Fiji, France, Germany, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, St. Barthélemy, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Martin, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Sint Maarten, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Sweden, Switzerland, Turks & Caicos Islands, U.S. Outlying Islands, British Virgin Islands, Finland, Brazil.

Please note that any extra duties, taxes, and import fees ARE NOT included in your total, and you may be expected to pay them upon arrival. We have no way of anticipating these costs, and have not control over them.We will not issue refunds if you decide not to pay these charges or abandon the product.

Shipping can range from $20-$44 depending on location and shipping method that is selected. We always recommend choosing the shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
