Our Custom Vinyl tags are made to order in a wide variety of colors, allowing you to personalize them to match your pet's style or your preferences.

These patches are made from an easy wash material, which makes keeping these patches clean a breeze.

Keep your BULLHUG gear looking its best by checking the harness, leash, buckles, and hardware regularly for signs of wear or damage.

Please don’t allow your dog to chew on their harness, leash, buckle, or tag. Damage caused by chewing is not covered. If your pup chews a buckle, we may be able to repair it; shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Always check the fit and make sure all straps, buckles, and attachments are secure before use.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom name tags, custom/embroidered items, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. A 10–15% restocking fee may apply if an item is not returned in the condition in which it was sold.

Yes absolutely. We recommend removing the Velcro Tags first. Then opening the harness up and using a lint roller to try and remove some of that dog hair. Let your HUG soak in some warm soapy water (dish soap works) for about an hour and then rinsing it and letting air dry.

Yes absolutely. Please email us first at Lindsey@bullhug.com and include a picture to confirm we have the piece available that was chewed. Customer will be responsible for shipping the Harness and BullHug will then ship back after it is fixed.

You may return your item/items within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and the same condition you received it. No returns or exchanges on Custom Tags. To start a return please email us at Lindsey@bullhug.com

Customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Yes absolutely.

You may exchange your item/items within 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be in unused and the same condition you received it. For exchanges we will provide a label to send us back the item. Once we received it we will issue a credit towards other purchase.

We ship orders Monday’s, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Custom Embroidery Tags will take longer to ship since they are made to order.
