Keep your BULLHUG gear looking its best by checking the harness, leash, buckles, and hardware regularly for signs of wear or damage.

Please don’t allow your dog to chew on their harness, leash, buckle, or tag. Damage caused by chewing is not covered. If your pup chews a buckle, we may be able to repair it; shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Always check the fit and make sure all straps, buckles, and attachments are secure before use.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom name tags, custom/embroidered items, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. A 10–15% restocking fee may apply if an item is not returned in the condition in which it was sold.

Perfect, with room to grow!

I ordered the medium for my 10 month old English bulldog princess, who was the runt of the litter and petite for her age and breed-it’s a great fit with room to grow and super sturdy! Dealing with Lindsay and the team was fantastic, there was a mistake in the harness name badge so I reached out, they responded promptly and are working on getting the new one sent immediately. Fantastic customer service, fantastic product. It’s such better quality than most harnesses on the market, easy to get on and off, and the size of the ring is fantastic. No more fiddling with a small loop and a squiggly puppy.
I’m already planning the holiday order and hoping they have one with ice cream, sundaes or sprinkles soon.

I got this harness for my English bulldog. It fits her very well. She walks very well in it too, and it’s made out of quality material. Very sturdy and tough but not heavy.. I also bought the patches to match the harness and they’re very nice quality too! Very good embroidery!! I am so thankful that someone put some thought into this. I love this store! VERY HAPPY customer! I Will definitely be buying more from here. Oh and also, it only took 4 days to be delivered! Just buy it, your bulldog will thank you! ❤️🐾❤️

4 month olds first harness

Excellent harness! Our 4-month-old bulldog, Molly, adapted to it instantly. It’s durable enough that we easily customized it for safety: we added reflective tape to the vinyl side labels and attached an LED light and jingle bells to the back handle. Now we can easily see and hear her whether she's in the dark or playing in tall weeds.

Perfect halter

We love these halters. I bought them for my granddogs who are English Bulldogs. They fit them comfortably and their chest is secure without affecting their breathing. These halters (and matching leashes) are well made and worth every penny. They just need to have more prints. If you have a bulldog or type of furry baby like them these are DEFINITELY the halters to get! Thank you for giving parents and grandparents of these wonderful babies a safer choice!

Yes absolutely. We recommend removing the Velcro Tags first. Then opening the harness up and using a lint roller to try and remove some of that dog hair. Let your HUG soak in some warm soapy water (dish soap works) for about an hour and then rinsing it and letting air dry.

Yes absolutely. Please email us first at Lindsey@bullhug.com and include a picture to confirm we have the piece available that was chewed. Customer will be responsible for shipping the Harness and BullHug will then ship back after it is fixed.

You may return your item/items within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and the same condition you received it. No returns or exchanges on Custom Tags. To start a return please email us at Lindsey@bullhug.com

Customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
